Salary: $40,000 - $50,000

Educational Requirements:  This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Nursing.  Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center is preferred but not required. The therapist must comply with all supervision requirements of their respective boards, and must be in the process of obtaining independent licensure.                                                   
Duties/Responsibilities:  To provide psychotherapy to assigned consumers and adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures.  Responsible for implementing information given by CSU Supervisor and/or Director of Emergency Services as disseminated in monthly coordinator meetings.  Respond to all consumer concerns and complaints as assigned by CSU Supervisor and/or Director of Emergency Services.  The crisis therapist will conduct him/herself in a professional and ethical manner when dealing with consumers, community, or other community partners.

Experience Required:  Experience in Behavioral Health setting is a plus. Crisis therapists will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks.
